John is the founder and Managing Director of HR national. For the past 25 years he has established several successful enterprises and worked within the IT&T sector at an executive level. John entered the recruitment sector in 2004 when he founded Sales Staff Australia, a dedicated sales recruitment firm, which he sold 2007. He then founded HR national, a national network of independent recruitment professionals.

John is an executive search consultant with a primary focus on senior level sales & marketing talent across all industry sectors. Alex Cullen

Francis has over 25 years’ experience working with large Multi-National Corporations both here in Australia and Internationally, foremost specialising in Telecommunications, Retail, Pharmaceutical, and the Finance Industry. Directly involved in the planning of new Company Sales Organization Structures, through to the final recruitment decisions. Recruitment of Sales Teams, Sales & Marketing Management, Retail, Project Managers, Billing Analysts, Customer Care, Sales Distribution and IT Managers.
